Animal Control Evan is an NPC in The Sims: Unleashed who will arrive when Sims call animal control. He can only be called if Henri LeStanc or El Bandito appear on the lot, and will remove the pests for a small fee. He will also arrive to confiscate neglected puppies and kittens. Like most other NPCs, he will arrive and leave the lot on foot and cannot be interacted with in any way.
