The Clock Tower is a building located in the center of SimValley. It serves as the player's second home in The Sims Bustin' Out (handheld).
The player must pay §300 in rent every five in-game days. Failure to pay these bills before the next set arrives will result in your Sim being sent to SimValley Jail.
Story
The player moves into the Clock Tower upon the completion of Level 2.
