Samuel Riley is a pre-made townie residing in Strangetown, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims 2. He can be made playable by aging him up with another child Sim if FreeTime is installed. Samuel has a similarity to Buck Grunt.

Like all townies in The Sims 2, Samuel's relationships with other townies are usually randomized at the start of the game. He has the same facial structure as Edward Mellon. There is no evidence that Samuel is related to fellow townie Tiffany Riley.
