Seashells are an item that can be found on beach lots in The Sims 2: Bon Voyage and The Sims 4: Island Living, and spread around a bit above and below the ocean in The Sims 3: Island Paradise.

The Sims 2 Bon Voyage

Seashells can be found on Twikkii Island beach lots in The Sims 2: Bon Voyage. They can be collected while using the interaction "Comb for Seashells". Sims will not always find seashells, but those who do can use seashells as decorations and will be placed into their inventory, which can be accessed once the Sim finishes their vacation and returns home.

The Sims 3: Island Paradise

Serves as collectibles generated by spawners, with spawners being available both for land and for diving spots. 8 types of shells are known to exist.

	Cowry Shell	Smooth and round, the cowry shell turns every beach into an egg hunt!
	Nautilus Shell	She sells these shells by the sea shore.
	Conch Shell	This beautiful conch brings in the sounds of the sea. There's a rumor that there are others that also let you speak to the sea!
	Abalone Shell	The abalone has long abandoned its home, but look! It's left a beautifully shiny shell!
	Ancient Fish Fossil	This Dendorsimius Spiniferi was once known for being as delicious as it was deadly. Now it's known for being extinct.
	Clam Shell	Did you see that clam blink? You must have just missed it. Oh wait, it blinked again! Nope, you missed it again.
	Shark Tooth	Congratulations! This is a relic from the most dangerous marine animal in the ocean! Just be careful. You never know when the owner will return to reclaim its lost prize.

The Sims 4 Island Living

Seashells return in The Sims 4: Island Living in Sulani. There are 13 different shells: a conch shell and 6 pairs of the same seashell in two colour variants. Seashells give off an inspired emotional aura.
