Changing tables are objects in The Sims 2, The Sims 3 Store, The Sims 4: Growing Together, and The Sims 4: Storybook Nursery Kit that allow Sims to easily change the diapers of babies, infants and toddlers, raising their hygiene, and also allows them to change their clothes more easily.

The Sims 2

When Sims use a changing table to change a diaper, the diaper is automatically disposed of and the child will gain a larger boost in hygiene than if the diaper was changed without the use of a changing table. Changing tables also allow older Sims to change the clothes of babies and toddlers.

Sometimes, when your little one's got to go, but especially after they've gone, you feel like sending them away for good. Don't take drastic measures! Just put them on the train to the Sanitation Station, and leave your baby-changing woes behind. Complete with diapers, wipes, powder, distraction toys, and a patented automatic nappy disposal unit. Remember: you can't spell "parental sanity" without at least some of the letters in Sanitation Station.

However, there is a small chance that the child will urinate on the Sim performing the diaper change, which will cause the hygiene level of both Sims to drop. The Sims 4

Besides the traditional changing tables that can be placed in a Sims' house to change infants' and toddler's diapers, Growing Together comes with a wall-hanging folding changing table suitable for community lots. Along with changing tables came a diaper pail; a small trash can that snaps to either side of a changing table where Sims will automatically dispose of dirty diapers. Without it, Sims will simply throw the used diapers on the floor. It can be bought bundled together with the BlandCo Contemporary Changing Station, or separately to use with other changing tables.

Once again, there is a chance of the infant or toddler to urinate on their caretaker, which will register as a Milestone.
