Milestones are a feature introduced in The Sims 4: Growing Together. They function similarly to the memories from The Sims 2 and The Sims 3.
Milestones are a collection of icons that describe the major events that happened in a Sim's life such as falling in love, having a baby, getting a job, etc. Milestones are stored in a panel in the Sim's Simology tab beneath traits and above likes and dislikes.
Categories
Each life stage and life state has its own set of unique milestones, and they are split to seven categories: Cognitive Milestones, Fine Motor Milestones, Firsts Milestones, Gross Motor Milestones, Life Milestones, Motor Milestones and Social Milestones.
Infant Only Milestones
Fine Motor Milestones
Fine Motor Milestones capture an infant's progress in developing their smaller muscles for precision and control. These can only be unlocked when the Sim is an Infant. Achieving the more advanced Fine Motor Milestones will give the Infant a boost as they age up to a Toddler by getting a head start on their thinking skill.
Gross Motor Milestones
Gross Motor Milestones capture an Infant's progress in developing whole body movement for strength and coordination. These can only be unlocked when the Sim is an Infant. Achieving the more advanced Gross Motor Milestones will give the Infant a boost as they age up to a Toddler by getting a head start on their movement skill.
