Darla Inkbeard is a pre-made deceased Sim who resided in Barnacle Bay, one of the worlds available for purchase from The Sims 3 Store. She burnt to death as a teen and is buried in the Barnacle Boneyard.

Darla was an over-emotional, charismatic flirt who hated the outdoors. As a ghost, she makes new friends and fights with Marabel Goldbeard about which of their fates is worse. She seems to be a relative of the Inkbeard family, though this is not proven in the family tree. Like all Barnacle Bay ghosts, Darla is barefoot, green-skinned, and gray-haired. She also has a beauty mark underneath her right eye. When resurrected Darla has no relationships.

• Darla is one of a few ghosts to have a bio.
• She is one of only six pre-made deceased teens in The Sims 3. The others are Kid Mugg of Twinbrook and Donna Parr-Teague from Appaloosa Plains, who both starved to death; Cody Remington from Riverview andFricorith Tricou from Moonlight Falls, who both died in a fire; and Jimmy Vu, also from Moonlight Falls, who died by electrocution.
• Despite hating the outdoors, Darla has mastered the athletic skill.
