Frever is a mobile app that allows users to create avatars to use for making videos. It collaborated with The Sims on November 26th, 2024.

Collaboration with The Sims

For one month, Frever users had the ability to make the player characters into Sims using assets copied from The Sims 4. Users could also use locations from The Sims 4, such as StrangerVille and San Myshuno, as backdrops for their videos.^[1] Sims used in promotional materials for the collab include Mortimer and Bella Goth, Bob and Eliza Pancakes, Don Lothario, Yamachan, Bonehilda, and the Grim Reaper.

Differences between The Sims and Frever

• Unlike any of the games in The Sims franchise, there was a height slider in Frever for its Sim characters.
• There were more hair and eye color options for the Sim characters in Frever than in The Sims 4.

Trivia

• This is the first collaboration in The Sims series where the collab isn't in any of the main Sims titles.
