The Orderly (or Whitecoat) is a scrapped NPC in The Sims 2 for PlayStation Portable that would've taken the playable Sim into psychiatric care after they go into aspiration failure, essentially replacing the Therapist from the PC version.

There are two 'Orderly' Sims in the game files, distinguished only by appearance. Referencing their skin colors, they were internally named Whitecoat Black and Whitecoat White, but their information is identical if modded to appear in-game.
