Transit Admin #7 (also TA7, Alien Ghost, or his full name, Transit Administrator #7) is an unused deceased alien in The Sims 2 for PlayStation Portable. He was intended to haunt Espiritu Estate together with Nervous Subject and Dennis Philips. He would have been found roaming around in the main bedroom.[1]
Transit Admin #7 was a friend of Mister Smith who came to Division 47 to give him a scrapbook with photos of his past family. According to Emily Emory in unused dialogue, the military believed this to be an alien invasion and shot down the UFO, killing him. They then handed his remains to scientists, who dissected his body (probably for study purposes or to sell his organs, which have been said to be valuable in The Sims 2 for Nintendo DS[2]), and then tossed him in a freezer.[3] In the final game, Mister Smith remembers this event, stating that "humans" shot him down and took him and the book away, though his name is not stated.[4]
In a cut mission, the player was meant to travel to the secret sublevel of Division 47 to retrieve Transit Admin #7's body, then consult Mister Smith for information on how alien remains should be handled.[5] The description of the item 'Alien Remains' reads: "Eww. The totally gross remains of a dead alien starship pilot." In the final game, the player can still find the autopsy table from this mission, with a Government Secret located just behind it.
If summoned in-game through mods, Transit Admin #7 will wear white underwear and have a large autopsy scar across his torso.

Trivia
- Lincoln Broadsheet and Tank Grunt would have bought his secret for a better price than usual. On the contrary, Hoot Howell wouldn't be interested in it.

And those stupid jerks at Division 47 thought he was an alien invasion and shot him down! He died in the crash! Then they handed him over to a bunch of scientists who cut him up and studied all his innards! They didn't even give him a proper burial! They just tossed him in a freezer and kept him for later!" - Emily Emory.
