SSX is a video game series published by Electronic Arts, where characters ride snowboards down mountains. To the extent media franchises can be considered to have crossovered with the Sims games, SSX is among the most prominent and frequent such cases, especially among franchises which do not represent company tie-ins with non-EA companies.
The Sims 2
In-game computers and the Maxis Game Simulator come with one pack-in game, which is SSX 3.

A bench called "The SSX Comfort Zone", which consists of 2 snowboards on a metal rack, is available in Buy Mode in The Sims 3: Generations.
Priced at §125, it is tied with the "Truth Odor Dare? Love Seat by That Dumpster Out Back"[TS3:UL] as the cheapest non-Store object in "Sort by Function" → "Comfort" → "Sofas & Loveseats" in the Sims 3 era.
The Sims 3: University Life
A Sim playing SSX on a game console.
If a Sim has reached Nerd influence level 6 in The Sims 3: University Life, SSX (2012) (titled in-game in University Life as SSX) becomes available as one of the games a Sim can play on computers (except the holo-computer[TS3:ITF]), stationary game consoles, and the holo-television[TS3:ITF].
The Nerd influence needed to be able to play the game can also be achieved by purchasing 2 "Jock Influence" lifetime rewards for a total of 4,000 lifetime happiness.
The Sims 4: Snowy Escape
The Sim.
Kaori Nishidake in Mt. Komorebi in The Sims 4: Snowy Escape share her name with the SSX frequenter character Kaori Nishidake. Although the two of them look somewhat different (for instance their hair colors), the former has 7 skill points in snowboarding by default, making some sort of connection likely.
