This lot is the second home of Tutorial Joe Sim, as well as his wife Tutorial Jane Sim. It is larger and more expensively furnished than Tutorial Joe's first home.
The largest room has a kitchen, a dining area and a space with two sofas and a large television. There is also an unfurnished "hallway" without any wallpaper, leading to the bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom has a twin bed, a small table with an exotic lamp and an armchair. The main bathroom is accessible through the bedroom and features a bathtub, a toilet, a sink and a mirror. There is a second, smaller bathroom positioned right next to the first bathroom featuring a toilet, a sink and a mirror. A large patio is placed on the backside of the lot with a stereo, a patio chair and a motorized toy car.
It is possible that in some earlier version of the game this lot's name was once Basics Part 2 instead of The Basics: Part Two, as this is the name that was used in some translations of the game.
