Timothy Phillips is one of the pre-made NPC pizza deliverers residing in Bitville, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Life Stories. The other two pizza deliverers are Kari Thayer and Ash Johnson. He can be made playable by befriending him and asking him to move in, or by marrying him. He has the same facial structure as Drake Tsvirkunov. Like all pizza deliverers, his default outfit is the typical "Pizza delivery" outfit with a red top and black pants.
Timothy's Aspiration is Popularity, and his zodiac sign is Aries. As far as personality, he is very playful, quite nice, and a little bit neat and outgoing, but he is extremely lazy. When it comes to skills, he is well on the way towards maximizing cooking and cleaning. He is mostly interested in Environment, Weather, Paranormal, Fashion and Entertainment.
Timothy doesn't have any relationships with other Sims from Bitville yet, so one of the only ways to meet him is to order a pizza, making the player his first customer. In addition to working as a pizza deliverer in Bitville, he may occasionally pass through community lots. His turn ons/offs are randomized at the start of the game. It is only referenced in the game files that he has no turn ons/offs.
