A water tower is a decorative landmark in many neighborhoods across multiple Sims games. Modeled on real-life water towers that are designed to contain water for use in water pipe systems, the ones in the Sims games do not have any inherent functionalities (except in The Sims Castaway Stories).

- Twinbrook: Near the end of a hiking trail going inland from the Hollowlog Point Military Base.
- Barnacle Bay: Near the island's peak, along the island's main residential-to-downtown car road.
- Roaring Heights: On the flat plain on the inland side of the Downtown island.

It is not specified if the titular Waylon is the same one that is named in Waylon's Haunt in Bridgeport[TS3:LN] or not.
