Algorithmic Artist is a trait chip in The Sims 3: Into the Future. It requires level 8 or higher Bot Building skill to be built.

Robots aren't usually known for artwork, but new technology can unshackle their creative processes!
- Painting Skill is raised to maximum.
- Enables all Painting-related interactions and behaviors.
- Plumbot takes the initiative to paint on its own.

Player notes
- If a Plumbot has this chip and not particularly many other chips, and easels are placed on the home lot at areas it can easily access (including outdoors even if The Sims 3: Seasons is installed, as Plumbots cannot freeze), then selling the artpieces it mostly autonomously paints, can quickly make a profit compared to the costs of buying the Plumbot and its chip(s). This makes the Plumbot a semi-consistent money maker.
- Efficient and Solar Powered will help furthermore, but are not at all required.
