
Wellness is a skill in The Sims 4: Spa Day which can help Sims relieve stress. Sims can build the skill by practicing yoga or meditation, by getting a massage, or by relaxing in a sauna. Increasing the skill enables the Sim to do more poses in yoga, and unlocks more interactions with all four activities.
